No problems just plug it in and it works. I only use Corsair memory in my laptop and desktop.
Have an AMD Turion 64 X2 TL-52 CPU in my HP laptop and have had no problems.

This memory was qualified for my Dell Inspiron 1501. It installed just fine, but after running for about 2 hours I got a blue screen crash - and kept getting them until I reinstalled the old memory.
Maybe there is a reason it was half the cost of the memory Dell sells...

I purchase this memory for my Daughters Dell Inspiron B130 and it works perfectly.
It was easy to install and made the Laptop much faster. I will probably purchase Corsair Memory for my Laptop soon.
