Under built for daily useMay 08, 2010
By rc I received this case about a week after my ipad arrived.
The construction of this case I simply too light to hold up to daily use. It's falling apart at the seams in 3 places after 2 weeks of use!!
The fit was overly large for the ipad, which initially seemed like a good thing, as It allowed me to keep the apple iPad Case on the iPad (folded open), providing a fairly good degree of padding when picking up or putting down on hard surfaces.
I have no problems with the plastic material as far as touchscreen usability goes. It works perfectly, but the seams of the cover are thin heat crimps and have begun to fail (the case is literally separating at the seams) after nearly 0 exposure to the harsh elements that it's designed to protect against.
The double ziplock is useless if the ends of the seal don't hold up. Overall, the pouch opening and double ziplock seam is convenient but unattractive and bulky. You'll want to orient the iPad dock connector to the open side of the pouch so you can charge without removing the ipad, but when sealed and in use, you now have a floppy end on the bottom of the iPad.
Worse yet, the lanyard is oriented to the folding sealed end, making the ipad hang upside down if you use the lanyard. Not terribly useful, if you want to use it from any distance with the lanyard in use.
The "Trendy Digital" name now says it all, this product is cheap, underbuilt, poorly designed, and imho, not worthy or capable of protecting any electronic device for more than a week. Any sustained use will destroy the seams and integrity of the case.
This product appears to have been designed by bandwagon-jumpers, with little concern for its actual function.
In my opinion, you shouldn't waste your money, or risk any electronic device to this poorly designed and flimsily built case.
Unfortunately, a complete waste of money.

Damaged screen protectorMay 31, 2010

Don't use this product if your iPad has a screen Protector on it. The clear plastic stuck to my $30 Zagg Invisishield, and was unable to removed from Trendy case without detroying the invisishield.

Perfect for a rainy dayJun 22, 2010
By Ingvar Östen Andersson This is perfect a rainy day or at the beach. You can write and do all the stuff you want to do although the iPad is inside a waterproof bag. A tip - put a paper behind the iPad and it will be easier when you remove it from the bag.

Pretty Nice Case if you have kids for the iPadMay 10, 2010
By WizardHunt I bought this so my child can use the ipad, mainly because of Spills and even scratches. The iPad fits inside and the plastic sort of clings to the ipad so there are no bubbles. It protects great, A kid could spill anything and it would never do any damage. It is quite responsive through the plastic cover, and well I would highly recommend it if you are using it with kids. I don't think it would be my main cover unless I worked in a wet environment. I therefore give it 4 out of 5.

Hot tub, bath tub, Slob-hole friends - Here comes my iPadApr 10, 2010
By My 2 cents
"I don't want Audible linked to Amazon! It should be a choice, not mandatory."
So I'm outside at the BBQ (We live in L.A.) two days ago and my greasy fingered friend was drooling over my iPad. Three days ago I would have given him "the look" but NOW, with my waterproof case, no worries! Awesome! I wanted to play with it while soaking in the tub, problem solved! Now I'm not worried about leaving it on the coffee table, or using it in the kitchen (great for digital cookbooks) for fear of accidental spills. Plus, the extra bonus for me is the shoulder strap. This iPad is freaking AWESOME but I can't keep it in my pocket like my iPhone. I'm a songwriter with a disorganized brain who works her own hours. I carry this iPad everywhere so I can jot down random ideas (write pad app has handwriting recognition and Dragon has voice to text!) but often my hands are full. I haven't been able to find a simple case with a strap. Until I do, the waterproof case works great! I'm thinking of leaving it in the case anytime I'm not using it. I don't trust the slobs I know NOT to grease it up.
